What's Included in the Impact Blueprint Group Program?
You'll gain access to the exact frameworks and tools to help you develop your theory of change and adapt your strategy to execute you own impact projects. All classes will be recorded if you can't attend live.
Monthly Core Lessons
You'll gain access to new lessons within the core modules each month. Rather than working through module-by-module, you'll get new lessons across each module so you can get progressively deeper as you develop your theory of change. These are self-paced and done in your own time.
Monthly Group Strategy Sessions
These virtual group coaching calls will begin with a core lesson that dives into a core component of strategy - how to build, adapt, or execute your strategy as your theory of change develops and informs your strategy. Follow the lesson there will be a hotseat Q&A session to ask your strategy-related questions!
Implementation Days
After a short tutorial, these group workshops will allow you to be split up into breakout groups and work alongside a handful of fellow changemakers to workshop a practical skill or tool for your own work and projects. This is a great change to connect with others and receive feedback on your ideas.
